These people are simply trying to get FREE EZ COMMISSIONS! They ticket anyone for anything, EVEN IF YOU DID NOT PARK THERE!

I come to my GF's house almost every day after work, and the earliest time that i get there after work is 6pm. Then i have dinner with her family.

This Nestle person gave me a ticket on 1/25/11 saying that i parked at "STOP PROHIBITED" zone and drove off while he/she was writing the ticket. Ticket time was 6:56PM! i would still be eating dinner at that hour!

My car is GREEN and this person have it down and BLACK! It's so obvious that this person memorized my license plate and just wrote it down so he/she can get commissions.

A John deer tractor is illegally parked. Not registered, and looks like a lawn mower.

There are lots of cars parked on the sidewalk. I can’t walk on the sidewalk because of all the cars.

Someone parked a camera on a trailer, right where we park our cars. There are no cones, permits, caution tape, no warnings, and it’s taking up car parking where it’s very limited.

This is a notoriously corrupt organization.I went to my hearing yesterday to contest a Red Light Camera ticket and it was a complete waste of time. In my case I was not the driver, plus the ticket was issued 36 days after the violation allegedly occurred. I researched online and learned that after 30 days a ticket is supposed to be void. The two clowns I dealt with made up a BS excuse for why that is no longer the case. And somehow I am supposed to provide "documentation" that I was not driving. Not legal! They were your typical nasty, inhuman bureaucratic robots. The PPA is a racketeering criminal organization that needs to be investigated and shut down. And yes, they scour south Philly where I reside and will ticket you for the slightest perceived violation. My friend just got a 51 dollar ticket for being parked just a little bit over the line.

Had a car towed tonight leaving my gf stranded. Parked and paid for until 10 pm, returned by 10 pm and the vehicle was gone. Not stolen but legally* towed by the Philadelphia Parking Authority. What's the best legal option here? I'm willing to lose every dime I have making sure these ### atone for illegally taking a persons vehicle and lying about the time to do so. Please send any suggestions, filing a complaint would be step one but I doubt they have a system that accepts those.

We have Residential Parking on our block. Signs posted and residents all have permits in their car windows. The problem is, PPA continuosly refuse to enforce parking. I see that they actively enforce in south philly neighborhoods, but their manager, Jeff, claims that they are afraid to enforce in north philly. I don't know but it looks like social/class discrmination.
