Philadelphia Electric Company review: electric

There is something fraud going on with my electric bill, my electric bill is usually between $100 and less, last bill was 98.54 bill date 12/06/2021, all of a sudden I get a peco bill for $270.49 due 12/28/2021? This is crazy... And who and what is nra why are they on my electric bill? I will complain everywhere about this fraud by peco. Bill date... I did not sign up with nra electric supply. Explain!
