i was really excited to check out pfaltzgraff's website, but when i got there i was pretty bummed out. i used to love this company and their products, but now everything is made in china and it's just not the same. the quality is definitely not what it used to be and everything feels really cheap. i was really disappointed because i was hoping to find some nice dishes for my kitchen, but everything just felt like it was going to fall apart. i don't think i'll be shopping here again, which is a real shame because i used to love pfaltzgraff.

I gotta say, Pfaltzgraff is a pretty cool website. My sis is a huge football fan and has all sorts of football stuff all over her crib. So, when Christmas rolled around a few years back, I decided to hook her up with some football plates from Pfaltzgraff. And let me tell you, she was stoked! There were so many different options to choose from, it was hard to pick just a few. But we managed to narrow it down and she was super happy with the ones we got.

What's really cool about Pfaltzgraff is that they've got all sorts of different plates and stuff for all sorts of different occasions. Whether you're into football, or Christmas, or just want some fancy plates for a dinner party, they've got you covered. And the prices are pretty sweet too. Plus, they've got some pretty dope coupons that you can use to save even more cash.

But what really impressed me about Pfaltzgraff was their customer service. I had a few questions about my order and they got back to me super quick. They were really helpful and made sure I was happy with everything. It's always nice to deal with a company that cares about their customers.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend Pfaltzgraff to anyone looking for some cool plates or other home decor stuff. They've got a great selection, awesome prices, and killer customer service. What more could you ask for?

I bought 2 sets of Gabriella dinnerware from Pfaltzgraff last March. It was a beautiful set and I was excited to use it. However, less than a year later, I noticed that over 11 pieces had chips on the edges. I was disappointed and contacted customer service. I sent them pictures and proof of purchase, but they only offered me a 30% discount on a replacement order. I was not happy with this offer and declined it.

It's a shame that such a beautiful set of dishes is of poor quality. I don't think it's worth the money if they can't stand behind their product. I expected better from Pfaltzgraff.

I have been a loyal customer of Pfaltzgraff for over 35 years, but my recent purchase has left me feeling extremely disappointed. I spent over $150 on Christmas and holiday accessories for the Plymouth/Winterberry collection, but the items I received were of such poor quality that I wouldn't even rate them as seconds. The painting was shoddy and the glazing was crackled, making the items look cheap and unappealing.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that their "NO HASSSEL" return policy did not cover issues with the quality of the products. I was informed that I could return the items at my own expense for a credit, but I was not offered a refund. This was unacceptable to me, as I had purchased these items as gifts and I could find better quality items at my local Dollar Store.

To make matters worse, the customer service representatives I spoke with were rude and unhelpful. They seemed to have no interest in resolving my issue and were dismissive of my concerns. When I posted a review of my experience on their website, it was promptly taken down. This is not the way to do business, and it has unfortunately lost me as a customer.

I hope that Pfaltzgraff will take steps to improve the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provide. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Pfaltzgraff. I mean, I had been using their Juniper ironstone dishes for a solid 35 years and they were still holding up pretty well, but I just wanted a change, you know? So I decided to switch things up and go for a white and taupe banded pattern. Big mistake.

I've only had these new dishes for about 2 and a half years and they already look like they're 35 years old. They're all scratched up and discoloured and it's just not a good look. So I reached out to Pfaltzgraff to see if they could help me out and they told me they could send me a polish that would minimize the scratches. Like, what? Who has to polish their dishes? That's just ridiculous.

And get this - there's only two of us using these dishes (we're seniors, mind you) and we're not exactly eating with shovels or anything. But apparently, this is just what happens with these dishes. Meanwhile, my old set is still scratch-free after all these years. What gives, Pfaltzgraff?

I used to think they were a reputable brand with good customer service, but now I'm not so sure. It seems like the quality of their products has really gone downhill over the years, and their customer service isn't what it used to be either. It's a shame, really. I was hoping for better from them.

I was on the hunt for a website to share my experience with Pfaltzgraff, and boy do I have a story to tell. I ordered 8 place settings of dinnerware as a gift, but unfortunately, the company didn't process my order correctly. They put the recipient's contact information in the bill to area, which meant they received a copy of the invoice with the gift. Not only that, but they also forgot to include the gift card and delivered half of the order to the WRONG TOWN. Can you believe it? I was so frustrated that I tried to contact them via email and phone, but they didn't respond. It was a nightmare.

If you're looking for a reliable online retailer to purchase new dinnerware, I suggest you stay away from Pfaltzgraff. There are plenty of other reputable options out there.

But wait, there's more. After I posted my review, I finally received a response from Pfaltzgraff about the misdirected delivery. However, they told me I was WRONG, even though the UPS tracking information clearly stated otherwise. To make matters worse, when the second half of the shipment finally arrived at the recipient's address, the contents were BROKEN. I'm still waiting for a response from the company to get this gift replaced for the recipient.

All in all, I highly recommend avoiding Pfaltzgraff. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
