Perkiomen Woods review: Property - and home-owner associations are totalitarian dictatorships

Property- and Home-Owner Associations are merely despotic totalitarian dictatorships (DTD) created by folks such as Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, and yes, Hitler! These entities prove how much fascism has taken hold of this country.
Be warned, that if you decide to buy into one of these sly concentration camps, be sure to have an affordable lawyer in your pocket...especially if you buy a home in Perkiomen Woods, off route 29 in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA.
Expect to be lied to. To be harassed. To have important community news withheld from you. Not to have snow or trash removal or lawncare in your area WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR...then be told all of these things are being done because you are 'not nice'! After experiencing the above, who would be nice?
The state won't help you. The federal government won't help you.
Now here is a very true little story about what happened at Perkiomen Woods. A neighbor's cat has been killing wildlife around my home. I've caught the cat in the act. I told the owner to house the cat and her reply was she was keeping rats out. Now, one of the rules of the DTD is that all animals must be leashed. And I told her just that. I few months later she told me that her cat is wearing a bell. Now why would she have her cat wear a bell if she wants her cat to kill rats (which I've never seen in this DTD). Another time the woman comes to me and asks for some of my flowers, which I gave her. She made a cat gesture which reminded me of the cat. I told her that she is supposed to leash her cat which still roams MY property. I told her if I caught the cat on my property I would trap it. She grew mad and yelled and fussed (but kept the flowers I gave her). She then yelled that she was going to tell the management office (which is an entirely different kind of horror story). Well, this woman who enjoys breaking the rules of the DTD was elected PRESIDENT OF THE DTD! And now the harassment I endured when I first moved in is now increased.
And there is nothing I can do.
