Perfect Teeth Dental review: Dental implants

I had 2 dental implants put in on teeth # 19 and # 30 on the date of 7/1/16 at the Perfect Teeth Dental Oral Surgeon located at West 120th in Broomfield, Colorado. Now, I am currently having problems with the implants and have requested my x-rays be sent to my current dentist at this current fax # [protected]. I have already signed a consent but I do not know where to send it. I was told that I had to contact my "home dentist" in Thornton and that was 3 weeks ago! I EMAILED Perfect Teeth. No response. Why am I getting the run around with my records and MY mouth is hurting? You have my money from me and my insurance. Can I get some help please? I need SOMEONE to call my dentist and talk to him @ [protected]. Thank you.
