Work was done pretty well, the 100 foot wood fence was waterproofed. Only a single worker showed up but the estimator told us there would be a crew. It took one person 2-1/2 hours and 4-1/2 gallons of water sealant to do the job. No plastic covering was placed on my heat pump, shed, sidewalk, or pool cover as promised by the estimator. For this I paid over $1000 in labor. Unaware of the true cost, I thought the $1400 quite was high but assumed the going rate for what I thought they were going to do. Now I realize I think I've been taken. Shame on me. I believe I over paid by at least $400-600. I'm retired on Social Security and this is a lot of money for me to have needlessly paid.

Needless to say the crew rushed through six room in three days. Paint was splattered on counters, sinks, and top of toilets in both bathrooms. Paint was left on the bottom of their shoes and left paint on my hardwood floors. They made a mistake by painting the color for the bathroom in my bedroom and the bedroom color was put in the bathroom. They were NOT suppose to paint the wood work in my bedroom and bathroom and they painted it over with white paint. They were suppose to fix the side of the chimney wall in the bedroom and it was not fixed; it was just painted over. They were suppose to paint the ceiling in that one bedroom Only and it was not painted. They painted four (4) doors closed and they were sealed that I could not open. It caused damaged to the area when the doors were forced open. An outlet plate was missing. I noticed things missing when I had to clean up a mess and reorganize: a bag of clothes, a brand new comforter set still in the bag, and a tray of jewelry under my bed that was still in their boxes (~15-20 boxes of jewelry). I am very frustrated spending money and the contract was not followed as the estimate had been written up. As a curtesy, I feel the company should have called me before charging my credit card and to let me know what the balance was going to be with the extra charges. "Perfect Painters" did not do this. We had this company paint the majority of the interior of our house in March . We wanted to have the job completed before we moved our furniture into the house. We made it super easy for the crew to get in and get the job done. Unfortunately, the crew rushed the job to have it completed a day earlier than scheduled. The first day was great with a full crew of about half a dozen people. 2 people showed up the next day. Needless to say, this has been nothing but a headache. The house was a mess (paint splatter on our appliances, fixtures, paint splatter on the carpet and mirrors, damaged the wall when removing the wall plates for our outlets and switches, unevenly painted areas, white stripe all around the top of the wall in our MB, etc) when they finished. They broke 2 sets of our blinds and didn't tell us. Didn't even fix the wall where they pulled the bracket out. Just painted right over it. We contacted the Production Manager, who came out and assessed our concerns. He sent a 2 person crew out, who were in way over their heads for the amount of work needed. They did upgrade the paint in our bathroom since we originally requested better paint quality than the contractor grade they used. Despite what their production manager says, I would prefer durable paint over paint that's easy to touch up. It's a pain to have to drag out a paint can every time I need to touch up the paint, which is pretty often. Oh, and I don't believe for a second they did 2 coats of paint as promised. When we do touch ups it's very obvious that only one coat of paint was applied to the walls. Fast forward 2 months and our drywall is starting to crack in corners, many of the nail pops they "fixed" have come back (because their crews don't know the correct way to fix nail pops apparently), and all the cracks in the wall they "fixed" have come back. I contacted the production manager at the end of May and never received a response. Really frustrated with this company and their lack of experienced teams. Also very frustrated I spent decent money on a paint job that has been nothing but a nightmare.

The crew and consultant were professional. The price was reasonable.

The crew was great. Arrived on time, prepped the area and got to work. Cleaned everything up when finished. I'm very happy with the service.

Extreme professionalism. Completed home project just as it was estimated and with great precision. Will be using them again in the upcoming months!

The entire encounter from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The team was polite, thorough, highly skilled, efficient and effective. We'll use them again.

Changed the color and trim of our cedar siding. Affordable and fast. They did a great job even after we changed the trim color after the job had started. Highly recommended

Professional,neat, courteous, timely. I would recommend this company to everyone. I have used them twice and haven't been disappointed. Very reasonably priced. It is wonderful to do business with a company that actually does what they say they will do.

Our experience was great overall -- a competitive estimate, professional work, and quick turnaround time. The office was easy to reach and quick to rectify a scheduling misunderstanding and get our job booked as soon as possible because we were working with a tight deadline for moving. For the work itself, Ever's team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and didn't leave a trace except for the excellent painting, with clean edges and a very smooth finish. Work was completed same day.

Not a good experience with the company per se -- unusual business practices. Perfect Painters' rep Sam came to our house to give an estimate for an exterior painting. He gave me a verbal estimate and quickly prepared, on the spot, a hardly legible hand-written 'scribble' of the work proposal and left. I contacted him asking for a more professional looking contract, he sent us slightly better version; however, never asked to counter-sign it. We really needed the painting job to be completed within a specific time frame, and we made the 30% deposit to get on the schedule. I thought that Sam would ask us to return a counter-signed, fully executed, contract but he did not. We were supposed to receive a paint selection form. Upon a repeated request, they finally sent it to me. i filled it out checking color match/paint chip. Sam called me to let me know that the paint chip option was not possible and I would have to go to the store to select the colors myself; it was three days before the scheduled date. I noted that i wished that he had told me earlier. Two days before the scheduled date, i received a text message from the Perfect Painters and the text was addressed to somebody else, different last name, urging to make a paint selection. I responded saying that this is not me and I already had submitted the paint selection. The following day i received another message addressed again to somebody else. I could not help getting frustrated. Somebody from company called me to apologize and said that my telephone number was associated with a wrong last name, not a good start. The crew arrived on time, did the power wash of the foundation and left. Nobody had told me that it will take two days to complete the job - the power wash first and only then the painting. They forgot to tell me that, too. The actual painters did a fairly good job and despite the poor communication i tried to contact the office with a question regarding another small painting job. Perfect Painters did not return my calls (a total of three). Ten days later they charged my card for the rest of the balance. From experience, a company should contact the customer, as a courtesy, notifying and requesting permission to charge the rest of the balance. Perfect Painters did not do it.

We entered into a verbal contract with Ryan Thompson of Perfect Painters (MHIC #76590) on 4/18 for a complete wall repair and repaint: total cost of $3350, paid in full. It was agreed upon that all wallpaper was to be removed, damage of any kind in walls was to be repaired, all window curtains and brackets were to be removed. Lastly, the entire condo was to be repainted. Painter would be responsible for moving furniture, clothing, and decorations and returning them as needed to complete the project. Work took place from 4/19 to 4/23. When we came to inspect, the condo was a mess, with all kinds of debris left. None of the curtains and brackets had been removed, paint splatter could be found over the entire house, the painter's handprints all over, putty found in the carpet, areas poorly painted, closets not painted, and screws left in the wall. Mr. Thompson had promised to fix the issues but never followed through; instead, he has blocked some of our numbers and does not respond in good faith.
