Peppers Restaurant review: Ripped off and charge me for something I did not even receive

I went to peppers restaurant on May 20th first of all I called in the order they told me they could not do callings anymore due to owner losing a lot of food understandable went up to the place about 7:00 after waiter was my food going to be done before 8:00 he said yes about 7:45 I walked back in to see him just preparing my food so I asked for my money back he starts yelling at me telling me I knew it was going to be 30 to 45 minute wait when we discussed the weight even before placing the order took $40 from my order I wanted my money back he said he refund my order a week later money was still not on my card this place is a scam unprofessional and I don't see how they have business still they're slow dirty and the people that works up front has no business in customer service
