Date of incident, 11/7, time 1 pm. How you can give this company an A+ rating is beyond me. It is a misleading scam. Have to pay 27.99 for the "basic" information, then another $19.99 for the so-called "premium" information. Nowhere in the process, does it suggest you must pay the extra, for the "premium" information. Did not find out anything new, in fact much of the information was either incorrect or outdated. I knew this person has criminal records, the only "proof" provided was a newspaper article, no court records of that or subsequent records. I've looked at the most recent reviews for this company, looks like their experiences have been the same. BBB needs to be more up-to-date about their ratings, always thought it was the Gold Standard for up-to-date ratings. Going to peoplewhiz is useless to try to get a refund, until you change their rating others will still get victimized.
