Pennyworth Homes has failed to compensate us according to our contractual agreement. Payment was due 30 days ago. Pennyworth Homes has failed to respond to phone calls. At least two of the addresses that are listed on their website are false. We dealt directly with Chris Nye and he refuses to return phone calls. The homeowner's will have liens against their new home due to Pennyworth Homes not paying subcontractors.
