Failure to Pay
Pennyworth Homes has failed to compensate us according to our contractual agreement. Payment was due 30 days ago. Pennyworth Homes has failed to respond to phone calls. At least two of the addresses that are listed on their website are false. We dealt directly with Chris Nye and he refuses to return phone calls. The homeowner's will have liens against their new home due to Pennyworth Homes not paying subcontractors.

We did work for Pennyworth on a new home back in November 2011...to this date 1/10/2012 still have not been paid...they owe us $4000.00...cannot get anyone to answer a phone...everything goes straight to voice mail...any number you get off their website they will not answer.
Contacted home owner and he is out of the country ... told him that we have not been paid for our services and the lumber company has not been paid ($17, 000.00)
This company is a RIP OFF...They do not pay their bills...
Now this homeowner is going to have no telling how many leins against his new house...
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
