We were told we were getting $23,000 plus payments for outstanding loans. They were $20,000 short! They pushed us thru disclosures without anyone actually calling us to explain. Customer service is pathetic! Nobody phoned us to explain! This company needs to be looked at as shady! The older generation is not into the technology like the younger generation and this was used against us! Again poor communication from the company!

Desired outcome: The additional 20,000 that was agreed upon when applying for this loan.
