Attention Pella customer service

On Monday the 20th of September (3 days ago) via local Pella office call telling me (as the consumer) that our plank door has been discontinued and (introduced 5 months ago) from sales rep as a new product line.
Feeling very confident with a national company (your company) we fell in love with your new plank door and decided to call telling him we wanted the new plank door. It is our family goal to restore the front door of our home with great pride.
