16.09.2021 - Received Email to remind me of my appointment to renew driving license at Pejabat Pos UTC Permata Carpark Kuching on 17.09.2021
17.09.2021 - Turned up at the venue 10 mins before time. Regret to note that the relevant office was closed for the day without prior notice. Sent Email on the spot to request for an explanation. Received no response.
20.09.2021 - Sent another Email. Again no one bothers to give a reply.

Desired outcome: I just want an explanation from Pejabat Pos UTC SARAWAK, KUCHING and I expect a follow up action by them.
