Pedro Segarra, Esq review: Hartford city hall

Pedro Segarra, Miguel Cardona, and Luis Guzman have been stalking me since 1985.

They claimed they could help report the individuals, who stole about $250,000 from me. They checked the veracity of the story and confirmed these individuals did steal the money:

After their conversations with me, Luis, Miguel, and Segarra also began stealing money and jewelry. Then Pedro Segarra ran for mayoral office in Hartford, Connecticut, saying he would help "take a bite out of crime." But he, too, continued to steal money, jewelry, and other valuables from me and my family.

I registered my complaint at a Hartford City Hall meeting in April 2014. And Councilman Thomas Clarke, III said he would help because I was invited to live in Hartford to help with social upliftment and economic development since 1987.

Clarke caught Segarra, Cardona, Guzman, and others in my home and told me about his investigation into the alleged theft and injuries by Pedro Segarra, Miguel Cardona and Luis Guzman, as well as the women listed above. Clarke told me why they continued to "stalk and harass Annie Jackson" and not another business person, yet.

Therefore, this complaint is one of the many efforts to "take a bite out of crime" by seeking a resolution.

To date, however, there is no resolution as discussed by Hartford City officials, who know about Segarra and his buddies, now stalking little boys and girls in my neighborhood. So I want the other city officials to help stop this kind of harassment and theft from Hartford residents.
