On 2 separate occasions within the last 10 weeks I was never notified when my glasses were ready. I called both times asking status of the order. I can assure 100% I never received any phone calls or texts. The staff changed their stories of how they contacted me. I wear graduated bifocals and was at a definite disadvantage. Tracy, the store manager, was rather impertinent with me when I asked why no follow up. I have been a longtime customer, and am extremely disappointed with my last visits. I will no longer be a customer.
Desired outcome: An apology.
