Peak Case review: Misleading/false discription, no return policy, very rude customer service

I purchased a case marketed as a “Sugar Weasel by Q” case. I own a standard 16" Sugar Weasel, which is the most common configuration. Based on the product name and the description stating that it fits a Sugar Weasel up to 22.5" long, it was reasonable to expect this case to be compatible. It is not. The fact that a standard 16" configuration does not fit is not clearly disclosed, making the product description misleading as written.

More concerning than the denial itself was the unprofessional and accusatory tone used by your support representative, including statements such as:
“This is not clear to you?”
“We have the picture if you want to play games.”
“Nobody would try to return something like that.”

Due to the misleading nature of the product description, the absence of a clearly disclosed return policy, the contradictory information provided regarding returns, and the unprofessional handling of the matter, I would not recommend this business.
