Peacock Channel review: Sound and connection

Every day while watching Day's of Our Lives there is always a problem or two. It takes forever to connect to Peacock. Then the sound cuts in and out often a few times a day or the show will start and stop and start again. Never had trouble like this when the show was on regular TV. It doesn't make for a pleasant watching experience. I don't know what the problem is but it needs to be fixed. I would have messaged you sooner but I just happened to find this complaint page. Please fix this problem.
