We are med-tech technologies of glendale, ca. Our company requested additional lines 4 wkks ago. Elizabeth and linda never put the request in. When we called 1 wk later we spoke with latoya who said thoses reps werent there anymore becuz they were giving false info.. But she would but the request in, and promised lines would be in on oct 16. The lines were just done on oct.22... then gohar informed us... we need to pay 50$ for inside wiring, i called again today, and the price is now $95. These people are not professional, and very deceptive. Promising things that are never done, and giving out false info, each rep. Has there own version of whats happening with our stalling lines. According to them and expedite request was placed, but they never contacted the 3rd party tech. To do our inside lines. We're still runing our buisness on one ofc line. I reported them to the "fcc" "bbb" and "ftc" already, but it seems there is nobody regulating this companies buisness practices. Please avoid doing buisness with them, read countless complaints on [redacted].com about them, and contact us at 818.500.1140 i'll personally tell you all the problems we have had with them. We even changed from at&t because somebody called us, saying that the govt opened pcs1 because at&t created a monopoly, and if we switched... our rates would be cheaper, but in the long run it has cost more and we have lost precious buisness time.
