Solomon MButcho (general mgr) sold a car for me and never paid me the completa amount owed to me as stated in my contract. I contacted the BBB and was not able to get any results. I am still out of $3, 000.00 after a year and ahalf. Everytime I attempt to contact him all I get is excuses. The Attorney generals office was notified as well as the federal trade commission and neither agency has provided any help. There is no protection for the consumer!

Solomon's been living and working in Africa for several months now. He told everyone he was away on business or going to visit his sick mother, but most likely he was forced to flee the country due to his legal problems. He's ripped off a lot of people besides you. Everything he says is a lie, just remember that.

I have also been ripped off by Solomon for $12, 000! Solomon tried to sell me a car for $12, 000. I agreed to the purchase, but was told that the car needed to be inspected before I could take delivery. The day before I took delivery I was informed that the vehicle had frame damage, so I canceled the transaction only to find out that Solomon had personally gone to my bank, picked up the loan pay-out check, and had cashed it. I was left with no car, no title, and in debt to my bank $12, 000. I was in contact with the BBB, the attorney general in Delaware and the FTC all with zero results. Solomon did provide me with one payoff of $1, 000 in the form of two money orders for $500 each that was supposed to be a monthly payment to repay the full amount of the loan I was stuck with, but I only saw that once. After that it was excuse after excuse as to why he didn't have the money or why we couldn't meet to get me the money he assured me he had. I was fed the "sick mother" excuse in late April of 2009 and was told that his flight was returning to the US on 16 May 2009, but I have not heard from Solomon since then and presume he is still in Senegal, West Africa. Solomon is a thief and a liar, and it would not surprise me at all to find out that he actually were forced to flee the country for all his underhanded deeds.
