Pawppithouse and Pawppit DIY review: Items received not what order & refund scam tactics

Purchase 4 full length windchimes off facebook & I received 4 cheap plastic mini windchimes. Items ordered was not what I received in mail. Company first appeared to be in u.S. But out of china. Delay tactics in receiving & returning items. Company offers 1/4 or less of $ paid, stating would cost more to ship back. Never would provide me a return mailing address. Adrress on package was out of california and apparently a shipping center. Many complaints about the items received reviewed after items already ordered. Also noticed same picture under different website on facebook (anythingty). Notified facebook, ftc, postal inspector since using adrress out of california to ship items. Received many emails about my complaint and requested for full refund and for mailing address for company from several different people all from [protected]@elemamall.com - cs zian, cs jami, cs sean, cs ibu, cs mamun but never got address nor any $ returned from company. Since company uses paypal, notify my credit card company and once they got no response from paypal, was able to get my transaction reversed. Company highly aware of laws and scam tactics to use on u.S. Citizens.
