Pavtuibe review: Video converter

On Feb 22, 2024 I purchased a software product Pavtube Video Converter in which the payment was through your company. I purchased a single converter license. I haven't received anything about the product or the download for the product. I want to know if I've been SCAMMED through your company. Your company took the payment. I have the receipt for the purchase. The payment was received from my card. So I want to know where I stand with this issue. Because my next complain will be with BBB. I can't even get in touch with Pavtube. All I'm getting is a lot of run around. Looking to hear from this company within 48 hrs. Thanks
