Don't believe the "Money back guarantee"
I accepted an offer to purchase 3 fairway woods under the "money back guarantee" (Note: I received 3 wedges for free to participate in the offer, which are actually pretty nice).
I didn't like the woods so I tried to return them for a refund. They WOULD NOT take them back and WOULD NOT give me my money. They tried all kinds of deals to give me more clubs, sell me something else at a discount, but would not refund my money. After about a month, I finally agreed to keeping the clubs, getting a new driver and only getting 1/2 my money back ($225). This was in April. It took two months to get the driver. September rolls around and still no refund. More negotiations. I accepted a full set of irons (which I'm going to sell to get my money back). Now it's February and they just shipped.
So I now have a set of wedges for $450. The woods I gave away because I didn’t like them. The driver was mediocre at best, and the irons I sold to recoup some of my losses.
And don't believe a word you hear from customer service. They have a list of excuses to explain why orders are delayed by MONTHS.
I don't know how they survive with no repeat customers.
I fell for the old saying . . . If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
DON'T DO IT. It sounds great, but you NEVER get your money back, just more scam offers
Recommendation: They will try anything to sell you more stuff, but won't refund your money. Don't do it.
