Ron Baldwin is one of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life. You will get a call every month or so, describing some sort of a delay due to cash flow because of the credit card processor, or production problem or shipping issue. He (Ron) NEVER answers his phone and once he has your money will not return your phone calls. If you are a NEW customer he will get right back to you, but not once he has gotten your money. I have been waiting for over six months for a product that was supposed to ship within 3 weeks. Ron is very good about stringing you along so it is more difficult for you to dispute your credit card charge. I WOULD TELL ALL OF YOU TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PATIO AND LAWN AS POSSIBLE. Spend a few extra bucks and deal with a reputable company that will be there after the sale, or at least through the sale. This company is a total sham and serious let down. I know for a fact that I am not the only person that has had these issues. Others have contacted me via e-mail through similar sights. STAY AWAY FROM PATIO AND LAWN. THEY ARE COMPLETE LOW LIFE LIARS.
