I recently started going to Parx Casino and I thought it was a very attractive place, The other consumer is right the slot machines do not pay out the drinks are water down and pricy, there was a craps table worker name Cheryl very very rude to all the patrons no customer service skills at all and did not know how to deal the money or the chips. The burger place is good. but now I see why the place is so big and beautiful but empty parking lot empty, you will find plenty of spaces when you go and I'm upset because it's so much closer than Atlantic City and wind creek, but I will go back to those places because Parx sucks! I even complain to a manager who took my number and never contacted me back concerning the Ruud dealer. an operator named Pat told me in customer service that I should've complained about the situation before I left!
Parx is terrible. You can not win there. It's legalized stealing. Pa is complicit with Parx. They flat out rob you. I lost $2000 in 3 days. Will never go back. Had 500 spins with no bonus. That's impossible. It's sad that Parx thrives off of welfare, unemployment, disability and drug money. Dirty money runs Parx and the state is ok with it. Place smells like weed and urine. Last time I was there a heroin addict was asking people for money. He passed put in a chair a few down from me. Security did absolutely nothing. I know from a former employee that Parx would rather pay the gaming fines they pay customers any jackpots. They lost a good paying customer with me. Why would someone want to go to a place where you know you're going to lose? I always think maybe today is the day I win, Parx always proves me wrong. Donations every time. The management does not care about you, so in turn you should not patronize their establishment.
