Parkview Health Medical Center in Fort Wayne Indiana review: Mistreatment from non-black as a former African American employee

I used to work for Parkview Health Medical Center here in Fort Wayne, Indiana and it's a shame how this business conducts business with its employees. The entire time I work here I faced a lot of malice from other co-workers who played segregation games, where doctors did not want any African Americans working around them, and definitely did not want to provide valuable mandatory help to blacks as an employee like they did other non-black employees. On top of that they lied and stated that I was just this terrible worker when that is not the case since I reported to HR how the doctors and non-black staff employees that I worked directly around lacked responsibility, lacked accountability for their mistakes, lacked leadership, created a hostile segregation based environment, made stereotypical remarks about me, lied on me, and they did absolutely nothing! Fast forward to today Parkview is trying to ask for bonus money back(sue me) because I did not work a full 2 years with them, when they terminated because I was raising an awareness about the issue. On top of that parkview had an data attack breach which could have potentially exposed my personal information to everyone. Therefore, how can this employer ask for any bonus money back with interest that was never mentioned that they were entitled to when they put me through hell. I just thought to let any black employees know to stay away, and do not sign any bogus sign on bonus two year(or any year) commitment contracts with them. There are a lot of Karen's on this job and yes I said KARENS, and people with doctor titles that hate doing their job, but they enjoy creating hostile work environments! Living in Indiana makes it hard to sue in these cases because most lawyers are not diligent enough to look into matters with evidence, in this at-will state and some that I have talked to believe that the at-will law makes it ok for you as an employee to be treated this way, and entitled scheming doctors not be held accountable for the lying words that comes out of their mouths but my question is HOW SO?!I just thought to raise an awareness about the issue to make blacks considering employment with Parkview Health to be extremely weary about this employer.
