Parking Management Company review: Overcharged without resolution

Valet parking for the Hyatt Regency in Savannah was listed as $24/night online. When it was time to check out it was actually around $52/night and the next day I realized I was charged for an extra night. I called and spoke with someone who said it would be credited back to my account. Several days later I spoke to someone else who said they would speak to their manager. Finally, I filed a dispute for the additional charge with my credit card company, so they reached out to the company, but they still have not responded to the dispute. It's been 3 weeks and has still not been resolved.
