Parkway Parking Went to the address in Las Vegas and the hotel was closed and under remodeling

Went to the address in Las Vegas and the hotel was closed and under remodeling. Not a car in sight. Of course i will deny payment through my cc company, but what a disappointment! Luckily I had enough time to regroup and park at the airport and not miss my flight but they clearly don't care what kind of a mess their scam creates for you. Don't trust them.

Parked in Gatlinburg, purchased a ticket with receipt, 10 minutes later they put a violation notice for $50 on my windshield . Will take home and give to my attorney. Complete fraud.

Horrible company. Reserved a spot and arrived at the location I was given only to find a scrap metal facility. Called repeatedly and got no answer left multiple messages. Finally had to go park at the airport. Disputed charge with credit card compay and the stated the address was fine. 3 different GPS systems took me to the same location. I finally got in touch with the company and the rep stated they have over 25,000 voice mail which she claims is why no one every called me back. What a scam

This is really shade operation the parking lot is not operate professionally they charged extra in case knowing customer is getting late to catch there flight, took 30 minute to pickup when I pickup they wanted to charges extra day even I picked up before time Lot attendant are vey rude .there is no sign of business on the pickup van this place should be close

This is the worst, I highly suggest that you do not do business with this company. I booked my reservation to park my vehicle, the website stated there was space available as well as transportation to the airport, JFK. At time of reservation the parking attendant denied service, stated that the parking lot was full and that their contract states that they can denied service. At no time did the website stated this, this occurred on July 10th we are in September and I have not received a reimbursement. Due to this I had to find another parking lot, thankfully I was able to park at the JFK airport. But by the time we made to the terminal we had missed our flight. We had to purchase new airline tickets to make it to our destination.

There parking in JFK is one of the most horrible parking places in the world not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Its totally mismanaged. I booked it early in the morning right about 2 hours before my flight thinking that I will get there and take a shuttle bus to the terminal when I got there the attendant told me that I have to drive another 15 Minutes and park at there Lefferts Blvd. facility to get the shuttle bus which was never mentioned on there site. I parked and spend $20 on uber which even had a hard time finding the location because on the map when you call uber it shows the location is 0.6 Miles away from this parking spot. That same night I was flying back home and called the 347 number which was in the email and gentleman said that just call us after you land and we will be there within 20 Minutes which was fair. After I got there I called, called and called and one hour 15 Minutes later still nobody came and when I called again same guy told me I had something else to do and I will be there in another 15 minutes finally again I took the uber and spend another $22. This is worst worst parking place in the world. The story doesn't end there after I got to the parking Lot there was a car in front of my car and keys to that car didn't match the keys that the attendant had, they even screwed that up, He had to back one of the cars which was behind my car hitting the fence and then moved other 3 cars to get to my car wasting another half hour there . I couldn't even take my son for his basketball practice in the morning because this mismanaged place. Simply terrible place, total garbage and total scammers. Do not use them unless you want to ruin your travel plans.

I left my car there for 6 days, the parking was not the issue, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE not willing to help, I would not recommend this place to no one, unless they have better customer service. Sad how money is expected yet they treat people so rudely. SAD VERY SAD.

This company has parking available at the Cincinnati airport in Ohio. We paid them for parking and when we showed up at the parking area they had no idea that we had previously paid for parking. I showed the confirmation we had received and we were allowed to park. Upon leaving we were charged seven dollars a day for the eight days When we were promised a rate of $3.99 per day We are currently in the process with our credit card company to eliminate the second charge. Not very happy dealing with this company

Thd Price was economic & the parking facility was easy & Safe to park ..
They shuttle me straight to the airport . Amazing service, will definitely using again & recommend to anyone traveling to Denver or Tampa.

Thank you for making me feel sage traveling in a pandemic.

This is the worst. Over 20 of us were stranded at the airport with no one coming to pick us up to take us to our cars. We called the number, registered our pin, and nothing. Two groups rented a taxi van, had them drive us to the lot, and not soul was there. The office was unlocked, lights off and gates wide open. When we all walked to find our cars, they were all unlocked with the keys in them. Anyone could come and drive off with hundreds of cars. I will never use this place again. There is a saying that if you like a place, you will tell 2 people but if you don't like a place, you will tell 10. I will tell 100's. Simply put, this was the worst!

Parkway Parking Best parking service I've ever experienced

Best parking service I've ever experienced. Easy booking and great customer service. I normally am iffy about valet services but parkway did an amazing job. I waited less than 10 minutes for my shuttle at the location and upon arrival back they were already at the airport waiting. Great prices and customer service. Overall I had a great experience and will be using this company again in the future!

We have used Parkway Parking at Orlando Airport around a dozen times in the past year and have not had any issues - overall a great experience! The shuttle to/from MCO airport is operated through a rental car agency so there is a steady stream of flow of shuttles that reduces the stress of wondering if a shuttle is working. Would absolutely recommend! We have also booked the service for 2 cruises. The last one was canceled and we got a refund (minus fee) promptly - we appreciate and understand the challenges and COVID and think the service was up to a solid standard. Our other cruise parking reservation is why we give 4 stars. The lot did not recognize our reservation so we had to make some calls. Eventually we got this all figured out. The return shuttle was just too packed and we were fortunate to get on a van. It seems this is out of PP's control, and we think this is the reason for any unfavorable comments. Yet, we plan to use Parkway Parking again and would recommend this company.

With the advent of COVID-19, we cancelled our cruise on the Oasis of the Seas out of Miami on March 15. We also cancelled our parking reservation. We are totally satisfied with Parkway's commitment to honor the refund. The impact on their customer service was unprecedented. While the process took a while to complete, they displayed courtesy, assurance and determination to issue the refund. They are to be congratulated for making good in such demanding circumstances.

If I could assign zero stars instead of one, I would. Be aware- absolutely horrible company to deal with! Its just a front for taking your money away. Booked a reservation and then had to cancel it due to the change of plans. 3 months later, no refund nor the communication from them either. Customer service is highly disrespectful and obnoxious. The company is a total scam. They should be totally shut down.

Parkway Parking I used Parkway Parking in Miami and 100% recommend there service

I used Parkway Parking in Miami and 100% recommend there service. From beginning the customer service rep who booked my reservation was quick and efficient. Within 5 minutes I received an email with detailed information of the parking facility. Upon arriving to Miami the staff was very helpful and guided me to the parking spot. The shuttle ride to and from the port was quick with about a 10 minute wait. Shuttle also had AC and driver was very friendly. Upon return my car was in the same condition and the guys even started it up for us. I would highly recommend Parkway services for anyone looking for parking. I have a couple of trips planned for the future and will definitely use Parkway again. Thanks guys you rock!

Used Parkway for a 5 day cruise in mid February and everything was great. Guys at the lot were very friendly and made us feel at ease. Shuttles were revolving constantly and 1 was waiting on us as we parked. Shuttle driver was very friendly and kept us laughing as well as providing us the needed info of where to be and how the pick up would be handled. Also gave us some tips on where to go to check in for the Cruise. Couldn't have been easier. When we returned, the shuttle was exactly where he described and we loaded up and were on the way. They had multiple shuttles there so there was no waiting for another group, which was awesome as we needed to get on the road and back home and to work. Thanks so much everyone at Parkway!

Parkway Parking We used Parkway Parking at Las Vegas in May

We used Parkway Parking at Las Vegas in May . Parking conveniently located at a hotel near the airport. Shuttle service was great, ran every 30 mins, 24/7. Checking in car and picking up was easy. Booked again for May . I canceled in March as soon as COVID hit and we knew we wouldn't be traveling. Emailed our cancellation and received an automatic email saying due to demand to allow an extra 2 weeks. I did have to contact a couple more times and I did always receive a reply to my emails. I had not received a refund by May and called and was able to talk to Nicole. She was extremely courteous and very professional and explained why there was a delay in refunds. She assured me I would get a refund by the beginning of June. I received a full refund in the form of a check. I trust Nicole would do her absolute best to honor any cancellation. My reason for 4 stars is because of the long wait for a refund. But I would definitely use Parkway Parking again if the need arises.

Parkway Parking Booked parking for a flight out of Las Vegas five months prior to my scheduled tripped

Booked parking for a flight out of Las Vegas five months prior to my scheduled tripped. Due to COVID, I canceled my trip six weeks (September) before my scheduled departure and emailed the company-Parkway Parking requesting a refund. After not getting a response to my email after one week, I called their 1-800 number and talked to a rep that said they'd process my request but should look for a physical check in the mail, as they cannot issue a credit to my credit card this far out. After waiting 3 weeks- the accounting time emailed me and said they'd try hard to have my refund check issued by the end of October- over a month after my request. After waiting 6 weeks for a refund- I called and initialed a dispute on my credit card since Parkway wasnt issuing a refund in a timely manner. As of today, there's been no communication from Parkway Parking and no check has been received. The credit came from my credit card company after they fully investigated the situation and found Parkway at fault for taking payment and failure to issue a refund, after following their refund/cancellation instructions. I will NEVER go through this company again. Buyers beware

Our two cruises were cancelled because of the virus...I have been very patient with them, sent e-mails..phoned.. and letters...no response...#1...res # XXXXXX...$74.48..date 12/07...# two..res# XXXXXX $136.44..date 4/30...I can submit documents if needed...I sent them to Parkway via registered. mail...

Parkway Parking Reserved on 2/20

Reserved on 2/20. Cancelled on 3/13. Was advised refund would take 10 to 15 business days less their $5.99 cancellation fee. No refund of 5/3 See the details of the transaction in the enclosed PDF. Disputed with credit card company. Parkway Parking's response is that they need more time. They offered 10 - 15 business days. They have not made good on their offer.

Never received my refund. Canceled my reservation for 4/14 on 3/26 (within their cancellation/refund policy). on 3/27 received an email stating that it could take up to 30 business days for processing. As of 5/28 I have not received my refund and they have not replied to my numerous email request for status.

I've been promised on emails that my refund will be in 10 business days that started on 3/25. Subsequently have received and email similar every two weeks that my refund will be the next week. This has been going since 3/25 until now, 5/8 with still no refund. I would like my money back

Requesting refund for 2 reservations that I was told I would receive my refund for. This has been going on since 3/9. I booked 2 parking reservations with Parkway Parking Pt. Canaveral on 8/5. On 3/9 I emailed that it was necessary to cancel these reservations due to cancellation of our cruises. We were booked for 3/13 thru 3/16. *** ID#XXXXXX & *** ID#XXXXXX cost was $40.46 for each reservation (both reservations were placed on my Visa card ending in 6619) I was told I would get a refund in 10-15 business days. The refund never took place and I have been emailing Parkway since and consistently being told that I will be getting the refund. I have called and spoke to an Eric & have been corresponding with Nicole thru email regarding this matter to no avail. I feel I am getting the run around as no one will commit as to when I will actually be receiving this refund.I would be happy to fax over the correspondence I have. I was unable to see if my attachment went thru but if not I would be happy to fax to you.

This place just steals your money. Rip off

Parkway Parking Company has not refunded my money and it has been almost 4 months since cancellation

Company has not refunded my money and it has been almost 4 months since cancellation. I made a parking reservation with Parkway Parking and cancelled the reservation due to covid 19 threat on March 27. The reservation was from April 28th to May 12th. The reservation number is XXXXXX and the Trans number is XXXXXXXXXXX. I have contacted Parkway Parking numerous times about refunding my money but still no refund after almost four months. All I am asking for is my money refunded back to my credit card.

We reserved parking on Tue Feb 25th for the dates of Aug 20-Sept 5,2020. Our trip was cancelled due to the pandemic and we have been trying to receive our refund of $66.09. We have sent three e-mails to date with no response of any kind. Our reservation # is XXXXXX. We`ve called the number several times and it directs us to their e-mail for cancellations. I sent an email to Parkway Parking 03/25 cancelling our reservation due to Celebrity Cruises COVID-19 cruise cancellation, and requested a refund of our $79.01 deposit less their $5.99 fee. Parkway promptly emailed me back 03/26 saying it would take 15-20 days "due to travel restrictions worldwide regarding the Corona Virus." At day 41, I emailed Parkway asking when I might get our refund. I received no response. On 06/04, 70 days since I cancelled, I emailed again asking for a response within 48 hours. I have not heard anything from this company. From the looks of their website, they are still conducting business.

Parkway Parking Two months ago I cancelled scheduled parking in Oakland, CA due to the pandemic

Two months ago I cancelled scheduled parking in Oakland, CA due to the pandemic. I have not gotten a refund or a reply to my most recent email. I scheduled parking for April 12 to April 24, transaction #XXXXXX for which I paid $96,34. I had to cancel because the cruise I was taking was cancelled due to the pandemic. I no longer needed parking. I cancelled March 13th. I received a reply indicating they would send a refund but that they didn't know when. I have sent a couple more emails requesting the status of my refund. I did not receive a reply to my last email. Since it has now been two months since I cancelled I think sufficient time has passed to have processed my refund.

Parkway Parking Reserved parking space on Mar 11, 2020, cancelled on Mar 17, 2020 for reservation starting Mar 23

Reserved parking space on Mar 11, 2020, cancelled on Mar 17, 2020 for reservation starting Mar 23. Still no refund after 3 months. Booked reservation ID XXXXXX on 3/11 for reservation dates 3/23 thru 3/31 at one of your Phoenix AZ sites. Cancelled reservation on 3/17. Both booking and cancellation were handled online at company's website, and cancellation was within policy time frame. Total cost of $49.16 was paid at time of booking with card ending in *** Parkway Parking acknowledged cancellation and indicated refund may take up to 15 to 20 business days. After three months, 2 phone calls and multiple emails, of which only one email was acknowledged, my card has still not been credited for the cancelled reservation. Copies of reservation booking and other correspondence provided upon request.

Parkway Parking Refund Request ignored by company

Refund Request ignored by company. Attempted 3 times through email and 1 time through web chat on the compamy website. We booked reservation #476318 (Transaction #XXXXXXXXXXX) for a cruise from Bayonne, NJ facility. The cruise, scheduled for June 28 was subsequently cancelled by the cruise line. As per the company policy I emailed on 5/22 and then again on 6/1 because I had not received any communication or acknowledgement from the company. I used the "chat" feature on the company website and spoke with Nicole who indicated she was a manager and was about 30 days behind in emails due to the situation. She also indicated that refunds could not be facilitated through the chat. I decided to wait. However, it has now been well over a month since my initial email and still no reply, acknowledgement or refund. The cost for the parking is $131.34 and was made to a credit card.

I requested a refund of $209.54 on March 10th for a parking spot booked for June 24-July 2nd and have not received a refund On Feb. 9th I booked a parking spot in the New York location near the cruise terminal from 6/24-7/2 for $209.54.Reservation ID # ***, Transaction ID. Due to my cruise being cancelled, I requested a refund on March 10th minus the $5.99 cancellation fee. I received a reply from ***, the director of Business Development for Parkway on 3/13 telling me that due to Covid -19, it would take approximately 10-15 days to process my refund. I found that acceptable under the circumstances. I emailed again on 4/1 and 4/22 and the response was "We are doing the best we can" Again this was understandable. As of today, June 11th I have not received my refund and no response to an email sent out on 5/29. This is unacceptable and would like to have my money refunded.

Parkway Parking I have been reaching out to this company for nearly 4 months to receive a refund for a cancelled service

I have been reaching out to this company for nearly 4 months to receive a refund for a cancelled service. To date, I have not received a response. I purchased airport parking through Parkway Parking online back in March. My reservation ID is XXXXXX. I had to cancel this reservation due to the shelter in place order issued for the state of California as well as my flight being cancelled. I emailed the company on March 18th, March 19th, April 2nd, April 20th, April 29th, and May 27th. I called as well but their answering service directs refund requests to email. The site lists a refund turnaround time of 15-21 days but at this point we are well past that. I understand that these are difficult times for businesses but this is also a difficult time for their customers, and to have a sum of money tied up right now in a service that I cancelled is not just frustrating but making life difficult for me. I just want this issue resolved.

I requested a cancellation/refund on reserved parking a month before trip due to pandemic. Was told refund would be 10-15 business days. Not refunded. I requested a cancellation and refund on 3/25 for reserved parking on dates 4/27-5/2 due to the COVID pandemic. My reservation ID# Is XXXXXX. I was charged $75.32 on 3/1 which is the date I made the reservation. My cancellation request was emailed to parkway customer service on 3/25. I received a response on 3/27 stating I should get the refund within 15-20 business days. I was not refunded in that time frame. I emailed them again on 4/15 inquiring about the refund. I never received a response. I emailed once again on 4/24 and received a response on 4/28 stating I would be notified as soon as my refund processed. It is now 6/21, almost a full 3 months since I initially requested a refund and I have received no further correspondence from the company and no refund has been processed. I have attempted to call the company but you cannot speak to a person. I attempted to reach out via social media and my comment was not responded to and was deleted from their site. I have now also initiated a chargeback on my credit card for this charge. I feel 3 months should be sufficient time to be refunded.

I cancelled and requested a refund IAW the company's policy on 14 March . The company acknowledged the request but has failed to refund to date. On 14 March I emailed parkway parking customer service at [protected]@ParkwayParking.com to cancel a future reservation and requested a refund. Reservation #XXXXXX. They replied and said it would take 10 to 15 business days to do so due to the virus. I waited beyond the 15 business days and re-inquires. "Nicole" who represented herself as their director of business development replied and assured me the refund would be forthcoming by 10 May. No refund came by 10 May so I reengaged again. Their phone tree won't allow you to talk to a representative so I had to once again send an email with the whole story. Now after 3 business days there is no response. I can provide (as I have to them) this entire email trail. They don't honor their commitments nor advertised (to this day) refund policy. They have not disputed that they owe it back to me. They have acknowledged it from the start. They just don't actually issue the refund and now don't return mail (which as always been courteous from my end). They are still conducting business on the internet yet do not honor their advertised policies. They are being dishonest in their business dealings - at least in my case.
