Terrible company and I will never park in their lot again. Prepare to be ripped off with no recourse but to pay their ransom. I used their lot to park for a meeting in town. I was in a rush. I used the QR code and entered my phone number to proceed with payment. I paid for 2 hours. I came back to find a boot on my car wheel and had to pay $135 to have it removed. There is NO ONE to speak to. I was very puzzled by the citation then realized that I drove my husband's car that day which has a different tag number than the one THEY auto generated. In my haste in navigating their payment system...I recognized MY tag number and proceeded with payment. I realize that this was my mistake, however, I was hoping to speak with a company representative to see if they had any grace since I did actually pay for parking and it was THEIR system that entered my tag number automatically. At the VERY least I wanted my 2 hour parking fee refunded since they charged me a penalty for not paying for parking. Of course, regardless of how you reach out...it's crickets and no one responds. Unbelievable how a company in this day and age has zero customer service. I would rate this worthless company 0 stars if possible. BEWARE!

Recommendation: Don't use them.
