On May 6, 2026, I entered a parking lot, and received a text message that my parking had started. The parking lot gives two free hours before you are charged parking. I was in the spot for one hour and when I left the lot, I was not notified that I had left the parking lot. However, my credit card was charged at this time for $46.10. At 8:15 PM I received a text message, indicating my parking session had ended and an email saying I was charged for eight hours of parking for a total $46.10 I contacted PMC three times by phone with no return and on a chat four times online to which no one has responded. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card. And contacted the city of Fayetteville.
