Parker and Simpson review: 20s red firm filter

I bought a packet of Parker and Simpson Red Firm Filter 20s & upon peeling back the plastic, I discovered the lid if the packet had not been cut & sealed shut, causing me to have to tear the lid open. Due to that the cigarette packet wouldn't close properly, causing the cigarettes to dry out very quickly, therefore I'm having to smoke now, very dry & stale cigarettes.
