Palisades Property and Casualty Ins. review: Refused to pay medical bills/lost my child 2

I was with a company called Proformance who sold out to Palisades Property. Every since they did they screwed the loyal people to build a name for themselves. I was in a car accident May-2008. I was hurt badly, it was not my fault. After my knee hit the dash and pushed my bone into my hip casuing nerve damage, Damage to my L4/L5 Vertabre- I was in so much pain. I am a single mother of 3 children. (well I had three children I lost my oldest son at the age of 23, he would help me get out of bed, he would move my stiff leg so I could move, a lot of pressure was put on him becasue I had no one else. I begged for help. Had NO plan to sue just wanted to know what was wrong. They would let me see a doctor but would not let them treat me. Their own doctor who is and MD and DC said "She need to see the DC it is helping her" Then they used the excuse "OH they didn't give us the records" yes they did FIVE TIMES. i HAVE PROOF. i STILL never a had a lawyer finally I had no choice I had to get one. The doc treating me did not get paid for over 10 months and new I would not come if I knew he was not getting paid. I paid Palisades for higher coverage in case I lot wages-I work in PA and will only rec 50% of my pay if something happens so I coverd myself for more just incase. I'm trying to make this short. i never had never damage, never went to a DC, Never had a nef EEg, Never had L4/L5 vertabre damage. all i got was the run around becasue the lawyer told me. "Mary, they really are F-ing with you" they don't want to pay becasue what YOU didn't know is becaue the person that hit you is only coverd for 20 grand you can go back to Palisades and re-coup 100K. They dont want to pay you they have been wearing you down and hope the statue runs out. I filed two weeks before it did. I didn't know. I don't sue anyone. all i wanted was my test. I was told I was crazy, put on drugs, my oldest boy was so hurt to see me that way, he use to have to come in my room every morning to move me and unstiff my leg so i could walk.. Even though I coverd my wages and worked two jobs, after I put a claim in for coverage I paid for their answer was "If you can work your first job you can work you second" Who the F are you? My ortho surgion wrote them a letter stating if her current boss was not so kind as to let her leave every week for treatments she would not have her job and you would have to pay her salary. I saved them money. I could go out now on full disability an they woul have to pay the other half of my pay. I could see home and get my FULL salary. But I want to work. My son was so hurt it was crusing him. So muh was put on him becasue I could not do it...then I lost him on Thanksgiving day 2010. Thank you Palisades. If you just gave me my test and treatments NO Prob I would not have sued. and I could have not put that presure on my son. I could have helped him. There is NO money in the world that can ever begin to even compensate for the loss I have suffered. I didnt even know I had that coverage. My lawyer told me "Mary this is why they stopped paying they want statue to run out becasue they don't want you to get your hands on that money. I would go back and forth over the bridge, from Philly to Jersey to get my treatments. It cost me in gas, bridge, time at work, I had to work all night to make up for the time I was gone. (and yes I have proof) PHONIES, LIARS, Nothing will bring my presious son back. he was the love of my life an the only one who helped me thanks to the GREED and FRAUD of PALISADES INS-THE NICE COMPANY YEAH FOR THEMSELVES. MAKE NO MISTAK GOD WILL JUDGE YOU, , WE ALL WILL DIE SOMEDAY...PLEASE NO ONE BUY THEIR INS. THEY HAVE LIED TO ME SO MANY TIMES. I DIDN'T HAVE A LAWYER FOR OVER A YEAR AND A HALF. IJUST WANTED MY STUDIES AND BILLS PAID THAT'S IT. THEIR PROCDRUE CODE THEY ARE USING TO DENY THE CLAIMS IS X3347-THAT'S NOT EVEN A PROCEDURE CODE. I'VE BEEN IN HEALTH CARE FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND CONTROL 2.5 BILLON DOLLARS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE DO TO SOMEONE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME. I AM GOING TO THE OIG, MY REP, THE GOVENORS OFFICE. I WILL SHOUT IT FORM THE MOUNTAIN TOPS AND LET THEM WHAT THEY DID AND DESTROYED MY FAMILY ALL BECASUE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO PAY THEY WERE AFRAID AND KNEW I WAS ENTITLED TO THE COVERAGE I PURCHASED LONG AGO BUT DIDNT WANT TO PAY. YOU CANNOT SERVE TWO MASTERS. ITS GOD OR ITS THE DEVIL. IT'S OBVIOUS WHAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN. YOU HAVE THE BLOOD OF MY SON ON YOUR HANDS BUT I'M SURE YOU ALL SLEEP LIKE BABIES... THE END WILL COME FOR USE ALL.. pLEASE PEOPLE I WILL GIVE ANYONE ANYTHING I HAVE DONT BUY THEIR INS. MY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOULS...
