Paizanos in Norcross GA at 7 Jones St NW, Norcross, GA 30071 – Service and attitude of waitress

We took my eldest daughter out for dinner celebrating her college achievement and ordered a sampler appetizer and a pizza for 3 of us.

Pizza took more than an Hour to come out. When the pizza arrived, we asked for parmesan cheese and some crushed pepper. So our waitress Hanna W decided to stand at the bar and chat instead of brining us what we had asked for !

She never lifted dirty plates off of our table, never filled our water (We had to Ask) . My wife walked up to her to ask again telling her that the pizza is getting cold while Hanna was taking her sweet time. She told the Lady behind the bar that she is not going to serve our table, and instead the (Assistant manager behind the bar) decided to bring the condiments to our table . We complained, but all we got was " We are really sorry"

Hanna comped an attitude when we asked only for water (We do not drink Alcohol)

Our night was ruined .I hope someone reads this and will do something about it. This is just not right
