I believe in supporting locally owned businesses, and Paffy's provides excellent service. We had a mouse and carpenter ant problem, and since they came out, we have not had a problem with either. We have their 3 season service, so they come out and take care of any and all our pest problems

The people at paffys are quick, efficient and friendly! We had adopted a pregnant cat who we then found out hand flees paffys came out the day after I called them to spray the house and said they would come back as many times as needed no additional charge since we can't treat mama cat and her babies.

I have used there service for a few years now and I am very pleased with the service. I have called to make extra service if new problems show up like the Japanese beetles and also ants or spiders. They come as soon as possible. Always friendly. I would recommend them to home owners or business places.

I have been using Paffy's for several years now for both home and business. They ask questions, check carefully potential problem areas and keep me on track by e-mail and message reminders that enable me to stay on top of things. Strong family business, great family values, great value. They take care of their clients.

We have had their annual service plan for several years and are very happy with the results. Wasps were removed. Spraying outside has kept the bugs out. Rodent control box in porch seems to have kept the gophers away. All of the employees from the office to the techs are friendly and helpful. Treatments done on time when scheduled. We will continue to use them

Paffy's have been great service for a few years for me. They come on extra calls when the Japanese Beetles hit my vines and rose bush. Also extra trips when mice got in the garage and chewed wires in my car. Always clean, wear mask and protection on footwear. They have gone above and beyond service to help me out. Friendly people to talk with. Just great service

Paffy's has totally eliminated our problems with fleas, carpenter ants, box elder bugs, and mice in the house. The technicians are experts in all these areas, and take great care in explaining what they are doing and why. At our last application, our technician even found an old nest on the gutter under the roof and removed it. We have the three season service, and couldn't be happier with service and the price.

A great local family owned business that takes pride in serving its customers. Easy to get a hold of when you find yourself head on with pests. Every representative exemplifies personal attention to getting you the service you need to deal with critters of all sorts. Go with the annual plan and you'll have peace of mind all year long. You know a good company when you call late in the day and get to engage with the owner to set up service. Best investment we've made for our house!

We have used Paffy's Pest Control for 5+ years and have always like the spraying service provided. In the Fall there is an issue with Asian beetles were this year the house you could not tell that we live in a white house there were so many, after the application was applied they are gone. 2 years ago they were so bad, rainy, warm weather that a 2nd application was needed which there was no charge to us, they guarantee their work. The employees are prominent, friendly and courteous. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

Paffy's Pest Control is an exceptional company that we had a massive problem with before. We caught over 30 mice before they were recommended to us and they sent Brian. Brian from Paffy's is so thorough and diligent. He looks for problem areas and has successfully stopped our massive mouse problem a few years ago. He has continued to provide amazing service for mice prevention, wasps, and ants. Living in an older home in a very wooded area, we will always need pest control. Paffy's responds quickly to any change in our pest needs. Brian has also come to know my entire family and they love to see him come to keep us safe and pest-free! Thank you, Paffy's!

I have purchased the three season plan from Paffy's for the four years I have owned my MN home. I moved here from out of state and was immediately impressed with their work. They are personable, professional, and prompt, not to mention priced well. The past two summers I also purchased their yard protection program for mosquitos and ticks and it is also priced less than other companies offering the same services. I love supporting a local family owned business. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend them more highly. If you have any issues at all with pests in or out of your home, you can trust Paffys.

Paffy's has come out to our home twice now to help us with spiders and insects entering the house. Both times, our pest control specialists were efficient and provided excellent communication! I had a lot of anxiety about the safety of the products used for my pets and they were kind, understanding, and were able to reassure me of their safety. After several days since our insect spray treatment, we have seen significantly fewer spiders and insects and our pets are still safe and happy! The office specialist that I talked to on the phone was also kind and knowledgable! We signed up for the three season plan and are looking forward to it!

We have been using Paffy's for a number of years. Every year, we get a company or two coming to our door to solicit their service, but we tell them we have a company we work with whom we're happy with. We had big issues with box elder bugs that were ruining my white sheers inside. We no longer have any issues. If an issue comes up with mice or ants, we can call them to come out but we don't have big issues with either, and being in a wooded area, we initially had mice problems, but fortunately the traps Paffy's leaves has eliminated that. There was a recent query on FB from someone complaining about box elder bugs and I passed on Paffy's name/number. We'll continue with them and continue to recommend them.

We just received our first ever pest control treatment and Paffy's was professional, empathetic, and extremely helpful! All of my questions were thoroughly answered when I scheduled an appointment and the pricing was reasonable. What really made this service exceptional though was that the technician was able to answer all my questions in a very kind and caring way. I was extremely anxious about our "bug problem" and about the safety of the insecticide treatment for our health and the health of our pet, but our technician was able to reassure me without making me feel silly. He was compassionate, professional, and extremely knowledgable. It has now been a week since our treatment and I haven't seen a single spider inside or outside and we are all feeling much safer and calmer. Thank you, Paffy's, for such incredible service!

Paffys came out in June. I called and stated I have carpenter ants and spiders outside. They came to treat carpenter ants only per the receipt I was emailed. I called them back a few weeks later since i still had carpenter ants and spiders. They came our again and sprayed. I called today since I still have carpenter ants and spiders. They stated they didn't treat for spiders. I stated I still have carpenter ants thou. I was then asked if I actually still have carpenter ants. I stated yes and with the hesitation from them another apt was made for a week from today. I paid around $250 for this service and I still have unwanted bugs. Now I have to wait a week for service. I also have animals that do not need to be exposed to chemicals every few weeks. Nor do I. Complete waste of money and time. Not to mention the rude service i received today for calling again. I hope no one else has to go threw this.
