First of all I would like to thank you for resolving my issue with Kizoa as I can use it now.
I am writing to you again to ask help about my other paid subscription [Recordanyvideo]. When I changed my PC and tried to install my Record Any Video subscription it says that the registration code I am putting is already been used. I messaged Vidpaw support about my difficulty in re-installing my subscription to my new pc last November 18, 2021 but they are not replying. Hoping you can help me resolve this issue.
Desired outcome: To be able to reinstall my paid subscription - Record Any Video with Vidpaw to my new pc.
My complaint about Paddle - VidPaw about my subscription is that I cannot transfer to my new PC as the old one is not working anymore. I can see in your comment that it was already been resolved but when I tried again to put in my registration code it is still giving me a message that it is already been used. I sent a message to them but they are not replying. Please help me with my issue. Thank you again.
