PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Service at Pacsun Red Cliff Mall St George Utah

We were in there shopping around 630 pm on Tuesday Dec 27 th. We walked the entire store looking at stuff while selecting items. There were two young girls hanging out at the cash wrap, one was sitting on the back counter while one was leaning on the front counter. They were both on there cell phones with there heads down. Not once did they acknowledge us are offer to help. 20 min later we had to go to the cash wrap to ask for a fitting room. The young girl glared and rolled her eyes as she had to stop what she was doing on her phone to come open a room. The other girl also never looked up to offer assistance. On the way to the fitting room we where both embarrassed by her choice of attire. She was in sweatpants which where rolled very low with her thong above her pants and a Victoria secret bra for her top garment. Nothing over it. To where her breasts where exposed. I don’t know who manages this store but we were the only ones in there. We were totally disgusted and refused to purchase anything in this store this evening. I would highly Recommend attention be brought to this matter with management policy procedure training.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Customer Service

Over the weekend had very unpleasant experience. They were having a huge sale mix/match. When I was at cashier to pay I was told it had to be specific mix/match. I questioned signs DID not state that in fact signs stated WHOLE STORE. Cashier was not able to over ride so I asked to speak to manager, he called over “Christian”. Manager came appeared to not know how to handle my question, couldn’t answer why it couldn’t be taken care of. States he couldn’t do anything about it. He was rude, unprofessional and the employees were laughing while this was happening. Very unprofessional and poor service. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE! He also refused to give me his name which only proved my point of how unprofessional HE was!

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Return in store purchase

I purchased a suffer vest at Pacsun in Orange Outlet/ The Block on 12/31/2021. I realized it has a little storn seam in the pocket so I went to the store on 01/04/2022 to have an exchange. The cashiers were so mean told me that this is just the inside thing so why do I want to exchange? So because I'm not satisfied with the item, I asked for a return and they said they can't receive a product that can't sell to customer. Because they were so evil so I can't think more but then "why did they sell it for me?" They even threw the receipt in front of me like throwing trash.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Poor Customer Service/Lack of Receiving Product

I ordered a clothing item 3 weeks ago and to this day it hasn't shipped yet. When I call the company to inquire on the status all they can tell me is that they will escalate it. They are awful, not returning calls, not providing any updates and not giving me a refund! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Employee

I was at the Pacsun store on Wednesday July 7th in Columbus (Polaris). I was shopping with my two granddaughters. A young girl came out of the back wearing a pair of blue shorts where the cheeks of her buttocks hung out and when she turned around she had on a mans white Tshirt and no bra and you could see her nipples. I took my granddaughters out immediately. We wont be returning. This is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: Teach your employees to have some respect for your company and themselves. There is a time and a place for everything.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Security tag left on by sales person

May 14, 2021 at PacSun in the block of orange in Orange California. We purchased a sweatshirt and drove all the way home and that night we saw that it had a security tag left on by the store in error. The store was already closed and the sweatshirt was purchased to match a friends sweatshirt bought at the same time to go to Disneyland in two days. The store was closed when we noticed the security tag had been left on and we tried to take it off, not knowing it had Ink in it. We brought it to the store today May 15, 2021 and the sales girl said they couldn't exchange it because we damaged it, even though they neglected to remove it. We called the store back and somebody claiming to be manager said the damage was our fault and never apologized for them neglecting to remove it in the first place. The sweatshirt was about $50 and would not have been damaged if they had checked us out properly. Leaving the store it did not set off any alarms so we did not have a reason be to return inside and get the problem corrected. So between the sales girl being neglectful and the security when leaving the store not functioning properly this caused the damage that we should not be responsible for. Below it asks for an address, that is for Brooklynn Payne [protected].

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Manager is disrespectful

I called the Pacsun store at triangle mall in Raleigh NC. The store manager Eric was not around so I spoke with Alyssa. I was calling to inquire with Eric about a business matter. I asked Alyssa if Eric was in to speak with me. She proceeded to tell me now and said she doesn't know when he will be in and hung up the phone. I called back to ask the same question when will Eric be in. She caught an attitude and threatened me over the phone. I feel completely disrespected and shocked that an employee at this establishment would act in such a crazy and disrespectful way. Nobody that works in customer service should treat a customer this way. She needs to be fired!

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Two items I ordered on the 29th of January

I ordered these two items in December after waiting for 3 weeks for PacSun to start shipping one of the items to Canada again. I bought and waited a month and turns out borderfree had lost the package in transit a couple days after it had shipped. Borderfree neglected to tell me this and I finally received my refund yesterday. Then I had to wait another month till that said item started shipping to canada again. Once they were shipping to Canada again, I ordered both items. the items shipped February 3rd and that is the only update I have been given. I have called and emailed and have gotten nothing but I should receive it next Wednesday. I placed this order nearly a month ago. I just would like to know if it has been lost again.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California False advertising

They have been sending me emails and i've been seeing ads on facebook saying "buy one get one sitewide" only to find out that when you go to finish your purchase that it's only 30% off my items. Wouldn't that be false advertising? Doesn't sitewide mean sitewide, as in everything? Item specifics doesn't count as "sitewide" that's just a "clearance sale" if you ask me. I wouldn't have even went perusing your site if I would have known that this sale wasn't real.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California Terrible service / nationality discrimination/ public health issue

I visited PacSun store in Santa Barbara. As my 12 daughter and I were looking at the items, a store associate approached us and very hostile asked us if we left boba drinks on her countertop. I calmly explained that we just came in and would not bring a drink into the store. Manager then proceeded to tell us that we can't try more than 5 items per visit. I clarified with her she meant 5 items per person, she repeatedely told me that it's per visit assuming that my daughter and I were just one party and I wasn't going to try any clothes. I explained that I did plan to try a few things but definitely not going to over the limit.

As I stood there observing new customers coming in, this associate didn't approach anyone else. She also didn't address people that were incorrectly wearing their masks including her own associate.

My daughter and I felt singled out for unknown reasons. I approached the associate and asked her to speak with her manager, she proceeded to tell me that she was a manager and refused to provide her name. In addition, she told me that my daughter and I were weird justifying poor treatment. I am outraged by this service and would like this store associate to be more professional and also look out for public safety.

Hope this issue can be resolved in the near future, so this will not happen to anyone else.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California shipping, billing, customer service

Same order cancelled multiple times without notification. Cyber Monday discounts no longer applied because of cancelled orders. Miserable customer service that will Waste HOURS of time you don't have only to repeat the same information a half dozen times and end up exactly where you started. I hope the money you saved outsourcing your CS makes your share holders happy at the end of this fiscal year but when you're out of business by the next I'll be grinning while urinating over the smoldering corps of what's left of your company. Online shopping is putting retail shops out of business you think it's a good idea to piss off every online shopper you have to the Nth degree so much so that they're venting and warning their frustrations to everyone they know. 🖕😈

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California shipping & customer service

Today I called Pacsun three times and each time was answered by different people. I called for the same reason three times but three of them each gave me a different answer. So I paid for an overnight shipping when I made my order. The rule that was listed on Pacsun website was "orders made before 11 a.m pacific will be delivered overnight". I didn't follow the rule and purchased my items around 11:00 p.m, but I paid the $20 overnight shipping. So today I wanted to check when are they going to ship it, and the first person that answered told me that I had to wait for 5 to 7 business days like standard shipping which is only $6, and the second person told me that she can get me a refund on the shipping and on my next order give me a 15% off or she can cancel my order which I told her to do and she told me it was complete, and the third person when I asked her to cancel the order again she told me I cannot cancel the order because the items were ready to be picked up my the carriage. Also two of the people who answered the phone did not speak English very well and had a very difficult time understand what i told them (one of them asked me to repeat my email address for at least 5 times and still didn't get it right). Then I asked one of them if I can just get a refund on shipping and change it to express shipping (which was 2 to 3 business day), but the person told me no matter which shipping method I change to, it will always be 5 to 7 business days. So Pacsun is charging three different prices for the same amount of waiting time which seems ridiculous to me. I waited for couple more hours to be updated, but there's nothing. No package being picked up email or order cancelled email. I am really mad at Pacsun. Don't list the shipping methods online if you cannot fulfill them.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California returning and a unethical behavior from cashier and manager

the day of 09/21/2019 my son bought a windbreaker and it was damaged, a week later he went back to the store to try to exchange the item and my son told me that the manager had a bad attitude he was rude and aggressive he told him that he was the one that damaged the windbreaker, I was not able to believe him because my son was a customer and getting this attitude from the manager my husband and I decided to go with our son this past Monday 10/07/2019 we first talked to the cashier that was working there and he called the manager, as soon as he got there he pointed at my son and told him that last time he couldn't change or return it in an aggressive tone my husband and I were shooked by the way he form he talked to our son ignoring my husband and, my husband asked the cashier if we could speak to a supervisor or anyone in charge and he answered that he was the manager so my husband asked both of them for thier names and the cashier responded with a bad attitude as well he said "we are not giving you our names'' after that the manager told my son 'if you have an issue lets go outside" and he started to walk towards the door while screaming get out of my store and my husband started to follow him and asked him once more for his name and the manager got close to my husband and told him 'I will call the police and my husband said fine call them we will wait for them, as we waited he called security and said we were making a scene when we were all calm, when the security got there to talk to us we let him know what happened he decided to call his supervisor because we were not doing a scandal all we wanted was to exchange or return the windbreaker, the one making the scandal was the manager telling us to get out for good or bad at this point my husband was on the phone with Pacsun corporation and when the manager saw me on the phone with them he offerd to give half of my sons money back when security saw that we were right they did not kicked us out of the store and they adviced us to make a complain to the mall management office, at this point i want to know what is pacsun going to do about this incident because there was racism, descrimination (I cannot speak english and he kepth telling me he didnt understand spanish but he kepth looking at me from head to toes in a humilitive way), and threats which that worries me because my kids go all the time to that mall, in my opinnion, if he acted that way infront of us that are his parents, im scared of what he wuld do when we are not around.
We need to know what the Pacsun corporation is going to do next to fix this so we dont take this a step further

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California still haven't received my refund after 2 months

I returned something in August it is now October and still no refund. I have called numerous times and told it will be sent to their escalation dept. and nothing happens. I get emails saying your refund will be sent to your credit card in 5 business days and it never happens. I send emails and get a response that has nothing to do with my complaint. Going to file a complaint with BBB.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California employee tried to tell me I could not return w/o giving my phone number

Today I went in to return a shirt that did not fit my daughter. I purchased it 10 days ago, had the receipt, and all original tags were still attached to the item. SAMANTHA proceeds to tell me that despite all the documentation I have of my purchase I cannot return it without providing my phone number. I told her I don't give out my phone number. Samantha then got mouthy and copped a super bad attitude so I asked for a manager. You cannot deny a return when the customer presents a valid receipt, unworn w/tags, and within their stated time frame because they won't provide their number (what if I didn't have one...?). It is not legal in CA to require a phone number for a return as it is not a valid form of ID. The male manager did relent and do the return, but not without becoming rude and argumentative as well. These employees acted like complete bottom dwellers and clearly have no concerns about being polite or customer retention. I believe they were both in management which speaks volumes about PacSun operating standards. Customers should be warned such a policy of asking for your phone number is solely for personal data collection purposes. They sell it to multiple 3rd parties where it is combined with other identifying information on you that can be used for a plethora of nefarious purposes. Companies engaging in such practices AND hiring people who behave as if they've just left prison and are re-entering society, is a perfect recipe for going out of business...and they deserve to. Pacsun filed bankruptcy for the **THIRD time in 2016. Since they're uneducated about the most basic customer service concepts, it won't be long before they're out of business for good.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California wrongfully accused of stealing

I was wrongfully accused of stealing. Manager didn't even apologize after determining they were wrong. Was asked to see my items in bag and receipt but did not ask to view other shoppers bags or receipt. There was no sign in store stating bags needed to be checked and or receipts. I felt I was racially profiled, victim of slander, humiliated, and embarrassed. Not to mention, my daughter was there to experience this. I am a hard worker, 48 years of age, and didn't deserve to be treated any different than anyone else in that store. I will be contacting the local civil rights agency, and will take this all the way till Pac Sun fixes this and corrects their wrong!

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California agree about rude employees, try the store manager being the rude one!!!

This is the Pacsun located at Roosevelt Field Mall. My first and last time going in there. Ordered some things online to just give it a try. I was just making stupid small talk saying something like well I do like California and the Pacific, but not the so called California style clothes at Pacsun pointing around the store at the clothes) (as in I was returning all of them, they didn't work out for me, I'm honestly just too old to wear them as they're for teens, but I was trying mostly jeans because I'm built like a teen and only weigh 105 lb). Anyway, I wasn't trying to be mean about it or be too serious, just being stupid while I was bored waiting for the returns process and she was like very curt in return and said something like well then don't shop here and then I don't remember what I was saying after that or if I was even still talking to her, but then she continued saying something like you're mumbling and I don't understand jibberish m'aam. Well, that was it for me. I was like excuse me? Then I blew a gasket at her. I called her out for being rude and she was nasty back and so I done did called her a B. Maybe I was tired and not saying the brightest things, but still, I'm the damn customer and she was not just an employee, but the store manager, and she just know in retail how a customer is to be treated. She could have said sorry it didn't work out for you and I would have explained the clothes were just too teen for me and I was not really insulting them. She was not even dressed appropriately for me to think she would be the store manager as like she was a bit heavy wearing a short top with super tight jeans and stomach fat was bulging out of both sides and she's making fun of me for god's sake. I'm more fit with my trim figure at 46 than she is at twenty whatever. I was probably also annoyed when I made my dumb comment because their returns process was not the best as they needed not only a phone #, but also email and it literally took the guy assisting me four times to get my short email address right because they didn't have a way for me to just type it in myself and save the aggravation of having to keep trying to get him to correct it and I didn't even know why they need my email to do a return. Well, they can go F themselves as I'm not going back and when I said I was going to call in about her, she seemed to act like this happens all the time as she was like oh that's fine, be sure to tell them my name is Yvette and so on, like I def got the feeling that she knows she pisses off people and that apparently if people call corporate nothing is done about it and they just take her side I guess that it was all the customer that was the problem.

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California customer service

I visited our local store last night, Ridgeland, MS, and am in shock in how rude the employees are. My son found two pairs of pants to buy so we got in line. One customer was ahead of us. Behind the counter were four teenaged/young adults having their own personal conversation. I'm pretty sure half of them didn't work there and were just hanging out. While checking out the gentleman in front of me the employee ringing up kept his head turned to his friends and continued his conversation. When it was my turn it was no different. The first pair of pants my son picked out didn't have a tag so the guy sent my son back to get another pair, not another employee. While my son was gone, I asked the guy if I could ask him a question. Well he couldn't hear me because he was looking at his friends and talking. I raised my voice and said it again. This time he looked and I think I surprised him. Things went downhill from there. He began making rude remarks so I asked for the manager and he informed me he was the manager! I told him I was not going to purchase anything so he stepped to the side and a girl stepped to the register. She tried to say it was a misunderstanding all the while the guy is making rude comments from the side. I told them that is not the way to treat customers and got the store mangers information. I will be calling today to she if she's in. I will never visit a Pacsun again. I cannot believe their level of customer service, especially from a manager!

PacSun / Pacific Sunwear of California staff refused service to me

I went to pacsun earlier today to buy two shirts. I picked out the two shirts i was wanting and went to go check out. Theres a sale going; if you buy one shirt, the second one is for 5 dollars. The cashier rang me up and charged me 16.95 for both shirts. I had to point out that he made a mistake. The manager came to fix the problem and he solved it by charging regular price (22.95) for the first one and 5 dollars for the second one. I didnt stop to check my bag, for i thought the manager resolved the problem. Once i get home i pull out only ONE shirt, so i check to see if they still charged me for the second. They did. I check my room the bag and my car and even the parking lot and i dont see the second shirt. Im on my way back to pacsun while calling them to let them know what happened. The manager told me theres nothing they can do about that and told us even though we paid, they cant do anything for us. I told him surely this is a mistake and if you simply look behind the counter or somewhere near the resister, you will see the shirt and the same size that i explained. He was no help, he said he looked but couldnt find it. I asked if theres cameras in the store so we can reveiw if two shirts were put in the bag and he declined me of that request as well. Im mostly mad at the fact that a refrain from buying from pacsun because theyre expensive, and when i do, i literally dont get what i paid for.

The sunrise location in New York City is so unorganized and there's a guy there name Christopher and he is so mean to customers and curses out loud a lot don't know how that guy is manager. Every other pacsun that I've ever went to was an amazing experience. I asked one of the sales associates for his name and said I would report him and that he should definitely not be running that store
