I called trying to arrange an urgent service & despite a very busy day I was accommodated. The electrician, Kenneth was professional & had excellent people skills. He disgnosed the problem very quickly & replaced the defective GFI. We were grateful for the accommodation to our urgent request & the quality of the service.

As a retired 89 year old, I recently had a need for an electrician since my AC went out in 100 degree temps because of an electrical failure. I called Pacific Electric and they sent a tech named David out within the hour and with his expertise the problem was fixed and at a reasonable price.
I highly recommend this company and their trained techs.

What they said and what they did were actually the same thing. Larry the sales rep Chris the installer I recommend them highly they did great work in my house. Both of them very professional and believe it or not Their price was cheaper than a non-licensed electrician that was pretty funny. Pacific electrical comes highly recommended from my family thank you very much guys.

I turned the bathroom light on last week and it popped with the light going out along with the light outside of the bathroom. The fan/vent went out as well as the microwave in the kitchen and the garage door. Eric came out and trouble shooted and found the problem and fixed it. He was professional in his work and actions. He was very kind and considerate. I am grateful for his help.

Pacific Electric was awesome. They sent David Johnson, an extremely sharp, professional and curious young man. He diagnosed my problem quickly and got the plugs working in my kitchen in no time. Terrible company. Showed up an hour late. They were there to diagnose a ceiling fan problem. Didn't bring a ladder didn't touch a single thing. Just looked at the fan and said buy a new one. Told me that if I bought a new one that they would charge $185 to install. When I originally had the fan installed I was charged $50 from another electrician. Thai place if full of con artists. They are an joke of a company. Do not hire.

Eric was an excellent representative for Pacific Electric. He knew what was going on with our main breaker and explained to me what I needed to do for the best results. He was prompt, courteous and eager to get my AC back on track in the 107+ degree Vegas weather. I can not praise his ability and genuine kindness enough. Feel confident that you will get results that you need and at a cost consideration for you. I'm impressed.

I am very happy with the work performed, the communications during the work, the professional appearance, pictures of work in progress, clean up and timeframe to complete the job. No hidden surprises, the cost of the work was what I was quoted I would feel very comfortable in referring someone to Pacific Electric based on my experience. I would definitely be a repeat customer. Pacific Electric Inc. Nevada is the go to company. This time my problem was my AC, every time my AC shuts off it makes my outlets shut off, sometimes my AC won't come back on. I called Pacific Electric Inc. and like alway they sent out a tech right away, Jonahs showed up on time and after asking me a few questions he investigated, found the problem and fixed it. Now my AC And outlets work perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PACIFIC ELECTRIC INC. Nevada

Buckle in this is going to be a wild ride~

I called this company because my AC kept tripping the breaker on June 23rd of 2021. I was quoted $74.00 for the electrician to come out if nothing was wrong. David was my technician that came out. when he arrived he let me know that it would be $165.00, I had no idea why but I was dealing with my new born baby and barking dog.

I told him to start (my mistake) after the service he sent me some NOT detailed photos of the service AND TOLD ME IT WAS THE AC PROBLEM. now he did give me a quote to fix something unrelated BUT DID NOT EVEN CHECK THE BREAKER SWITCH THAT WAS POPPING!
I asked him why would this be $165.00 instead of the quoted $74.00 he said "you agreed to the price before I started" this did not answer my question and honest what am I to do, I was alone. so I paid it and called and complained later about this. The company did give me a refund of $40.00 for this.

The next day I call an AC company to come install a new AC for $14,000 dollars I do not have. they do and guess what I have to have them come back out 5 times because the breaker is still popping. I AM NOT AN ELECTRICIAN so I have no idea of what's wrong. Finally the nicest HVAC guy in all of las Vegas goes and looks at the breaker for me (not his job) to see that the wires of the switch DAVID was suppose to look at are completely stripped and have literally been sparking on fire.
MY WHOLE HOUSE WITH MY NEW BORN BABY COULD HAVE BURNT DOWN BECAUSE OF HIS NEGLIGENCE!
Nevermind the fact of how much the new AC cost even though that wasn't it, how dare this company put my family in danger.
