Kemba Credit Union ain't doing their job right
Kemba Credit Union ain't doing their job right. I mean, come on, I've tried to close my savings account 3 times already and they still haven't done it. Their staff even told me that I wouldn't get charged for being dormant, but guess what? I'm still getting charged. It's frustrating and I wouldn't recommend banking with them.

I can't buy stuff online with my Kemba credit union account without it getting locked up all the time. Then I can't get to my money and I gotta waste time on the phone trying to fix it. They keep saying it's fraud but we never had any fraud. It happens like every month or so. I told them about it a bunch of times but it still happens. Last time was like 4 weeks ago and they locked it for no reason.

Kemba credit union is holding my paychecks even though they said they wouldn't. When I deposit my check on my phone, they still hold the money. I talked to one of their big shots, Duane S, last week, but he didn't do anything to help me. Now, Kemba took too much money from my checking account and charged me extra fees. They're holding my money and then paying for my mistakes. How long do I have to wait for my money? I deposited my check like a week ago!

I bought stuff from 2 places. I sent some of it back and they didn't argue. One of the returns was for $87 and the other was for $49.97. They put the money back in my account like a "deposit". I waited a month for it to show up in my debit account, but it didn't. So I called Kemba and they said it wasn't there. I called the companies and found out they're both owned by the same people. They put the money in my account in November . I called Kemba again and they said the same thing as before. Then I called my local branch and talked to a nice guy who called me back with an answer. They put the money in as a DEPOSIT instead of a TRANSFER. I called the company and told Peter they had to put it in as a TRANSFER. He said he never heard of that and they always just DEPOSIT the money. Now I don't have my refund in my debit account. I need some help.
