Oxford Landscaping Colorado Llc review: Breach of contract

A refund is being requested in the amount of $6,268.46 via certified check due within 7 days (Sept 4,2023) for your breach of contract. The constant delays in work and failure to communicate has left our yard unfinished, although the project was promised to be finished on June 30th.

Page 2 of your contract states, “Failure to perform services: In the event provider cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this agreement it will: Immediately give notice to client via the notice provisions detailed in this agreement and issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of services rendered; and Excuse client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this agreement,” therefore a refund is being demanded.

It has been far too difficult for us, the client to communicate with you, the provider. Payments had continued to be made via auto-payment; however, no additional work has been done since July 6,2023.
