Overstock Furniture & Mattress review: A large assorted chair

I bought this chair 10/02/2023 and put it in layaway until I could get someone to pick it up for me and Ashley the girl that sold it to me said she could get her husband to deliver it to me for $50.00 I said ok and I would call her to let her know what day and that I would pay him the remaining balance of $211.00 for the chair and $50.00 for her husband when he delivered it so I called on wednesday to have it delivered and she said thursday between 12&1pm it never got here I waited then called her back she said it would be here friday between 12&1PM cause he had to go to a funeral and I would be the first on the delivery list not true he came after 4pm with the chair and two kids to help him they looked to be one 11 and the other about 8yrs old so when the chair got in my apartment they put it down and I gave him the money $212.00 and $50.00 for him and they left so I looked at the chair I asked about the pillows that were to be with the chair one was on my couch so I called him and asked were was the other pillow he said let me call Ashley I will call you back no call back so I called and no answer so I looked no legs on the chair and there was a orange bag on the chair I went to put the legs on the chair and seen the cover under the chair was toure so I called Ashley no answer so I left a message to call me and about the chair no call back to this day and she never answers the phone I do not have transptation to go to the store so I sent her pictures of the bottom of the chair still no response.
