Unethical behavior

I made an appointment to discuss correcting a previous rhinoplasty with Dr. Flugstad on June 13, 2016. My appointment was at 10:00 and he didn't see me until 10:45! He then told me he didn't perform that type of surgery but would refer me to Dr. Leff, without charging another $75 consultation fee. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Leff and was told he doesn't perform that type of surgery either. I then asked for a refund since my money was taken under false pretense. I was told they would not refund my money. They should have never given me an appointment if they do not offer the type of surgery I am looking for.
