I am a passenger on board of the 1130 bus on the 10th of July 2019, that was involved in a car crash set night. Your company has not contacted any of the passenger members, not responds to the emails, customer service calls nor emergency contact while travelling. It has been as for now, impossible to ask for a full refund of our ticket as well as a claim for damages caused in terms of the accident and the timing lost.
I expect an answer from this company and the refund, both, as soon as possible.

    I attach the image of this company answer to the refund of the bus ticket journey, that almost took mine and 38 other lives including a pregnant woman and two small children.
    The answer from the company is astounding. Not only do they not acknowledge the severity of the events that took place, they do not offer a complete refund.
    I will not travel with this company ever again as it is a scam that does not take care of their customers.
    I will pursue legal action against the company.
