Yo, peeps! Listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with Otakuplan. So, I was looking for a dope Xmas sweater, and I stumbled upon their website. They had this sick design that I just had to have, so I ordered it. But when I got the package, it was a sweatshirt, not a sweater! What the heck, man?! I paid 50 bucks for this thing, and they can't even get the product right?

And that's not even the worst part. They promised me that I would get my order within 2 weeks, but it took a whole month! Like, what kind of customer service is that? I was so disappointed and frustrated with this whole ordeal.

So, if you're thinking about buying from Otakuplan, I suggest you think twice. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this site, or you might end up getting scammed too.

I gotta say, Otakuplan is the real deal when it comes to anime merch. My girl and I were looking for some matching hoodies to show off our love for our favorite anime, and we stumbled upon their website. Let me tell you, we were not disappointed.

So, I decided to give Otakuplan a try and ordered two Christmas presents on November 27th, 2020. They gave me an order number and I was excited to receive my items. However, things didn't go as planned. I sent four emails to customer service, specifically to Zach, but only received one reply on December 17th, 2020. The reply stated that my order would be arriving soon. Unfortunately, it's already past Christmas and I still haven't received my items. I'm starting to lose hope that I'll ever see them.

I'm now in the process of trying to get a refund. It's frustrating that I have to go through this process, but I don't think I have any other choice. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to give the gifts I had planned to give, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

Overall, my experience with Otakuplan has been less than satisfactory. I understand that things can get delayed, but the lack of communication and the fact that I still haven't received my items is unacceptable. I hope that they can improve their customer service and delivery times in the future.

I wanted to get my hands on some black butler Christmas sweaters and decided to give Otakuplan a try. I placed my order a week before Christmas, hoping to get them in time for the holiday season. However, to my dismay, the sweaters did not arrive on time. In fact, it's been a while since I placed my order and I'm still waiting for them to arrive.

I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked about canceling my order, they told me that I would only receive an 80% refund. To make matters worse, they ended their message with a sarcastic comment, saying that they were "looking forward to my reply."

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the service I received from Otakuplan. The staff seemed angry and unfriendly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend shopping here, especially if you're looking for a reliable and efficient service. They ruined my Christmas and left me feeling foolish for placing an order with them. If you're willing to wait for a month or more for your order, then go ahead and give them a try. But if you want a hassle-free shopping experience, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I recently purchased 3 T-Shirts and 4 Hoodies (3 with zippers) from Otakuplan (otakuplan.com) and I have to say, I was not impressed with the quality of the T-Shirts. They looked blurry up close and were more like a jersey with small dotted vertical lines. However, I was pleased with the hoodies and decided to keep those.

When I tried to return the T-Shirts, I was met with some difficulties. Otakuplan does all returns through e-mail and while they do respond fast, they offered me a 20% refund the first time I tried to return the T-Shirts. I declined this offer and they then asked me to keep the T-Shirts and they would reprint/send them again for more than 2/3rd the cost of the original. This would have cost me $91.73 for 6 T-Shirts that I wouldn't wear.

I told them I didn't want the T-Shirts and wanted my $51.73 back. They then offered to reprint the 3 T-Shirts as hoodies for $90, which was not a good deal as you can buy 3 hoodies for $110.97 on their website. I then asked for 2 additional hoodies on top of the 3 original ones just to see what they would say. They gave me a total price of $169.98, which was not worth it as you can buy 5 hoodies for $169.96 off their website.

The return address on the package they sent me was 1206 US-130 in Burlington, NJ, but they would not give me the international address to return the product. They just kept saying "Due to the high cost of international shipping, we suggested the best solution for you, instead of returning your order for exchange, would you please keep the item and we send you the order again?" This was frustrating as I wanted to return the T-Shirts and get my money back.

To make matters worse, it took a while for my order to arrive. I bought my items on 5/13/2022, it shipped on 5/24/2022, and I received it on 6/2/2022. This was not a quick turnaround time.

Overall, I won't be buying anything from Otakuplan again and I advise against it if you're thinking about it. While their hoodies were decent, their T-Shirts were not up to par and their return process was difficult and frustrating.
