Ortiz Roofing Contractors review: Roofing contract abandoned

Baton Rouge, La. area…Abandoned my roofing job (post hurricane Ida) before even finishing the construction. Mr. Deeter lied about the expensive standing seam order. Said it would arrive in 6-8 weeks, by Feb 28, 2022. He abandoned everything after many lies and shoddy work. I paid him $15k, enough to cover my metal order, plus and no metal ever came. He lied yet again and said he canceled the order. I called the metal company myself and found out that not only did he never place an order but they don’t even do business with that company. I have filed criminal charges and taken all avenues of justice and I won’t start until justice is served. Hired a new company today to correct his numerous mistakes and finish the job, complete with metal. It’s been raining in my house with recent storms due to his mistakes. He’s cost me much money and much time as I paid him on January 5. Today is March 17. I’m living in this gutted house, unable to get any work done inside because the house is not dried in, which was supposed to be done by January 20. The hurricane was August 29. Pictures below of the condition in which he left the roof, without notice. And notice in the pictures the disgusting garbage he left behind as well as shingles from another job, metal pieces from another job, termite eaten wood from another job, etc.
