Orchard Apartments aka. horizon registered aka. Anne Perebzak hires non certified techs to repair gas fireplaces. I had a gas leak in my building. TSSA has laid charges over this. Landlord harasses tenants and does not maintain property. Fire department has issues orders that aren't satisfied before renting to families with children. They send N5s and N11s for no reason. They sent me over 100 letters in 5 months. They provide a bad reference to new landlords. This company is the worst. Beware of these people they are no good!

Why is it the ones who never pay their rent and have severe drug issues who always complain after they are evicted?
