Orane Beauty Institute review: Complain of the poor service and cheated with student .

I am writing today to complain of the poor service and cheated person in ORANE INSTITUTE of GANDHIDHAM kutch.
I'm joined this institute on 22nd September 2015 and yet after 6 month NO permanent faculty available.when i'm going to visited she told me that "We bring to you experienced faculty" but that is not truth and she(jyoti rajwani) is cheated with me and also all student in orane institute of gandhidham.
I had given full payment in one time payment because of I was believe on name of ORANE because this institute is international institute and also this institute have 50 branches.i want to say with very disappointed.she was cheated with us and now i want to give my refund return.
In starting she does not printed service tax number in receipt of franchise.when i ask she tell me that she also does have not order by HEAD OFFICE of CHANDIGHADH.I have still copy of this receipt for PROOF.after all student get objection she get new receipt with service tax number.
I had paid total 45, 000 rs by cheque.My courses is:-
(in starting with 50% discount)
(i) diploma in Hair Designing.fees is 30, 000-
duration of course is 4 months.
(ii)certificate in art of make-up.fees is 15, 000-
-duration of course is 1 month.

When i told that " i want to give my refund back".she give me rudely answer and replied me that not the rules of return fees but before 1 month she also get return refund to her friend and she is also student of this institute.she have same problem in this institute.please help me for RETURN my REFUND because of RULES are equal for all students.
I also done inform to head office of ahemdabad gujarat by call but they do not get me positive replied and they told me if you want your refund.they give me only 10, 000- rs.other student gave full payment 45, 000.
I have a copy of my original receipt.i want justice and get back my refund.
