They claim that I am now non-compliant, yet according to their website, I am compliant. They are requesting additional funds to work with the IRS for balances from the last two tax years, even though I have always been compliant, as verified by IRS documents. In previous years, they added my balance to existing amounts, and now they demand payment to maintain compliance. This was never communicated to me beforehand, and it feels like an attempt to extract extra money. I was informed that without this additional payment, I would need to work with the IRS directly. Their service appears to be primarily a financial scheme; the large sum I originally paid only resulted in a payment plan with the IRS, with no reductions negotiated. Every minor action requires additional fees. Despite explaining my reduced income due to forced retirement, they refused to negotiate a lower monthly payment, insisting I contact the IRS myself. I am extremely dissatisfied and will consider joining any class-action lawsuits against them. There are successful lawsuits against their unethical practices, and I am sure there will be more.
Desired outcome: refund
