I have been a customer for few years at that location.. I have had many glasses and I buy top of the line for my glasses.. I have had my last pair for 4 months now.. I have been in there # times with complaints on this pair. My first complaint was my vision isn't right. they said I needed to come back when manager was there.. so I went back second time to see her, , she made some kind of adjustment that made them just fit tighter, They seemed to ok until I noticed they are digging into top of my ear.. I took them off and a friend noticed top of my ear is red with small cut.. I am not only suffering from that I am now having headaches. I would like to to be resolved. I have spent good money in your facility in the past as well as $450. on the ones I have now.. I either want new glasses or my money refunded. I am ready to take this to court if I am not taking seriously. I would like this addressed immediately.. Thank you Tammy Hutchins [protected]
