My account has been deactivated four times in the past year - the previous three times I complained and the account was reactivated. Each time I requested an explanation for the deactivation and each time I did not receive a response. This week I requested payment for points earned - two days later I get deactivated for the 4th time. I have completed almost 1, 000 surveys for Opinion Outpost in the past three years, yet I continue to receive this kind of treatment. I request payment for all surveys completed for Opinion Outpost and IPoll and a formal apology for the mistreatment I have received.
