I purchased golf mats as a Christmas present on 11/12/22 from only-fairtale.com and still have not received them.
The tracking website I'm directed too: [protected]@241service.vip has given me 2 different tracking paths for the package. One shows the package stuck in Daven Port (spelled incorrectly) since 12/12/22 and the other one shows it stuck in Woodridge since 12/12/22.
In addition when reaching out to either customer support I get an automated response with no follow up. The telephone number on the site is not active at +[protected].

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of the $107.97 for order #14960S19053 or the package delivered.
I purchased the same product on 11/18/22 as a Christmas gift and still have not received them on 1/2/23. It’s a scam. The responses from the sus timer service email are bogus too. Work with your credit card company to get your money back and then change your account number.
Threes-company! Same boat. Purchased on 11/8/22. Received the initial tracking that went dead on 12/15 to which I contacted the company, they sent me a new tracking number that updates periodically to the same, waiting for shipping in jamaica, ny. Absolutely dumb. And super annoyed because this was purchased as a joke and I’m the one who the jokes on 🤦♀️
