I ordered a handheld ultrasound machine to relieve pain after a surgical procedure. I ordered the product on May 9th and I still do not have the product. After many emails back and forth and a lack of concern shown by them over the past three weeks I decided to write this. This ACH (online payment method) has the worst customer service ever. On average it takes them 10 days to reply the simplest email to Support. They will block your account if you log in with an IP from a different country, and will not release your money afterwards. I am already trying to release my $17 for more than 3 months and no success so far, what if it was a much bigger amount? I would definitely say Click2Pay is a scam!
